We thank you for buying our products. In case you have concerns related to your purchase, drop us a mail within 2 days of delivery with details at care@pleindv.com
We Accept Returns under following circumstances:
(1) Wrong product delivered
(2) Expired product delivered
(3) Damaged product delivered
In case you have recieved a wrong product.
We take extra care in ensuring you get delivered the products you love. In case a wrong product has been delivered or the product is missing in the package, please send us an email to care@pleindv.com within 2 days of the delivery date with the following details:

We request you to share clear images of the products received & label, package to verify the details. Once we receive all these details, our customer support team will help you address your query within 48 hours.
In case of Damaged or Expired product.
In case your recieved an Expired product or it was damaged during the delivery process, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please send us an email to care@pleindv.com within 2 days of the delivery date with the following details.

Cancellation Policy :
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at care@pleindv.com within 2 hours of placing the order. Once order have been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery as the order will not be returned once delivered.
In case your order is marked delivered but you did not receive it.
Drop us an email at care@pleindv.com within 3 days (72 hours) of the date of delivery. Our Customer support team will resolve it at the earliest.
Shipping charges on purchase.
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs.599+. We reserve the right to modify delivery charges, which is notified from time to time. We request you to review your purchase and consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
All Refunds will be processed for eligible orders based on criteria mentioned above within 5-7 working days.
